Calling Preferences
Choose which microphone and speaker your calls use, and how loud incoming calls ring.
Speaker selection isn't supported in this browser (e.g. Safari) — calls will use your system's default output device instead.
70%
Do Not Disturb
When enabled, incoming calls are silently declined instead of ringing — they'll show up in Call Logs as missed.
Preview Dialing
Upgrade Required
When enabled, a "Next Lead" button and lead preview appear so you can work straight through an active campaign's list.
Auto-Dial Next Lead
Turns "Call Next Lead" into "Start Auto Dial" — once running, the next call dials the instant you close the disposition popup, no waiting. Requires Call Dispositions to be on, since that's what triggers each next call.
Call Dispositions
When enabled, you'll be prompted to tag the outcome of a call (Interested, Callback, Not Interested, etc.) right after you hang up.
Gives you a moment to jot a note before the popup takes over, or skip it entirely and disposition calls from Call Logs whenever you like.
Fix Incoming Calls
Phone rings for the caller but nothing shows up here? Tap Reset to refresh your connection. It takes a few seconds. If you also use Dialsyx on another device, it may take up to two minutes to reconnect.
Call Recording
Upgrade Required
Records every call and saves it to Call Logs. Make sure this fits your local call-recording consent requirements before turning it on.
Live Captions
Show captions of both sides of a call in real time, powered by Chrome's speech recognition. Captions are made on your computer and are never saved.
Notification Preferences
Get a desktop notification for what happens while this tab isn't in focus.
Incoming Calls
Notify me when a call rings in while this tab isn't focused.
Missed Calls
Notify me when a call goes unanswered.
New Messages
Notify me when a text comes in. Live SMS receiving isn't connected yet, so this will start firing once messaging is fully wired up.
Display Size
Auto fits the whole app to your screen, so you never need to scroll or zoom to reach the dial pad. Or choose a fixed size.
Floating Phone
Open a small always-on-top phone that follows you across tabs and apps. Dial or paste a number, answer incoming calls and control them from it, without going back to the dialer. Chrome or Edge only.
Keyboard Shortcuts
Control calls without reaching for the mouse — handy when you're dialing back-to-back.
